This manual is published in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 ("PAIA") and describes the records held by Belins Holdings (Pty) Ltd and how to request access to them.

3. Records held
- Statutory records (Companies Act, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, POPIA).
- Financial records, invoices, ledgers, and management accounts.
- Human-resources and payroll records.
- Customer, supplier, and contractual records.
- Operational records relating to the Belins platform.
4. Requesting access
Requests must be made on the prescribed form (Form 02) and submitted to the Information Officer at the address above. The request must identify the record, provide sufficient detail to locate it, and specify the form of access required.
5. Fees
A request fee and access fee may be payable in accordance with the PAIA regulations. No fee is payable for personal records requested by the data subject.
6. Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused on grounds set out in Chapter 4 of PAIA, including protection of third-party privacy, commercial confidentiality, and legally privileged records.
