Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Belins platform provided by Belins Holdings (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The service

Belins provides multi-company invoicing, quoting, statements, and recurring-billing tools. We may update, add, or remove features from time to time.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
• Attempting to breach security or interfere with other users.
• Using Belins to send unsolicited communications (spam).

4. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You grant Belins a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service.

6. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belins' aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
