• Business data you upload: clients, invoices, quotes, statements, and products.

• Payment metadata processed by our billing partners (we never store full card numbers).

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Belins service.
• To send transactional emails such as invoice deliveries and account notifications.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with vetted processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data-processing agreements, and with regulators or law-enforcement authorities when legally required.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with financial-record obligations (typically 5 years).
